Background
I received an MA in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in 2014 where I specialized in Creative Expression. I have worked as a therapist in schools, non-profits, community mental health clinics, and in private practice. I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation for 16 years in studios and for organizations.
