Therapy

Do you wake up with a pit of dread in your stomach? Are you exhausted from worrying? Are you constantly preoccupied with worst-case scenarios or fears? Do you often just want to hide in bed and escape how overwhelmed you feel?

Individual therapy is a beautiful chance to explore these fears in a soothing way that will help you find the courage and peace that already lies within you. Therapy can lead to more rewarding relationships with your loved ones and family members, a greater sense of belonging in the world, more professional satisfaction, and a deeper understanding of and acceptance of self.

We might just talk during a session or we may experiment with other activities like meditation or creative expression.

 
 

Coaching

I am licensed to provide psychotherapy to clients in California. If you are a resident of another state or country, I can provide coaching. Please note that coaching services are different from psychotherapy sessions. Coaching efficiently focuses on self-awareness, skill-building, and strength-building, which are all key aspects of managing anxiety.

 
 

Consultation

I offer one-off or regular consultation to therapists, coaches, teachers, and employers who have clients, students, or employees with anxiety disorders or who struggle with anxiety. If you are interested in learning mindfulness skills or other anxiety-reducing tools to help you safely and appropriately help others, please reach out.

 
 

Trainings, Classes, & Workshops
